Where it is situated / geographic position:
This municipal area is situated in the province of Brescia, and it extends from the left bank of the Oglio River to the left bank of Piz Torrent, an effluent of Lake Arno, and ends just below the dam and Passo delle Basse, the highest point of the area at 2424 metres. A large part of the area is situated in the Adamello Natural Park. The historical towns are Cedevolo and Grevo, which are linked by a municipal road on the traces of the Roman road Via Valeriana. Cedegolo is situated on the Tonale and Mendola A-Road (SS42) which crosses the River Oglio shortly after Cedegolo's railway station.
How to get there by road:
Exit motorway A4 MILANO-VENEZIA at BRESCIA-OVEST, then continue on the SS 11, then on the SS 510 and finally on the SS 42 and you will arrive directly in the centre of Cedegolo.
